Remove grit before wet cleaning. Use the manufacturer-recommended cleaner and cleaning method. Rinse where directed and do not leave residue. Clean spills promptly and avoid dragging sharp or heavy objects across the floor.
Before a deep clean or repair.
Ask before using strong acids, solvents, abrasive pads, or unapproved degreasers. If you see peeling, cracks, or unusual wear, share photos and a description so the cause can be reviewed.
