The details make the difference.

The same color direction can look and feel different depending on the aggregate, coverage, texture, and finish coat.

Blend & color

Choose a palette that works with the walls, lighting, and surroundings.

02

Aggregate & coverage

Discuss the flake size or quartz aggregate and the broadcast specification.

THE DETAILS MATTER

Choose the sample. Confirm the whole system.

The swatch is the beginning. Concrete preparation, compatible resin layers, decorative material, and the final coating work together to form the finished floor.

  • See a physical sample

Screen colors are a starting point; lighting and gloss change the appearance.

  • Match the texture

Wetness, footwear, spills, and maintenance all affect slip risk.

  • Name the products

We use Simiron product information to confirm the proposed system and its requirements.

LET’S TALK IT THROUGH304-253-4731
Decorative flake.

Flake creates a multicolor finish used in garages and other concrete spaces. Blend, flake size, coverage, and the finish coat affect the final appearance. Screen swatches are a starting point; review a physical sample for the final choice.

Decorative quartz.

Quartz aggregate offers a different granular appearance and texture. Discuss the intended traffic, cleaning, wet areas, and finish requirements before specifying the system. Color alone does not determine suitability.

Texture has a practical tradeoff.

More texture can change traction and cleaning. Wetness, spills, shoes, and maintenance also affect slip risk. Ask for an appropriate texture and cleaning plan for your space; no floor is slip-proof.

Four parts to discuss.
  • Concrete condition, preparation, repairs, and any moisture treatment.
  • The named primer or base layer and compatibility of the complete system.
  • The decorative material, blend, coverage, and details at edges and steps.
  • The exact finish product, care instructions, and return-to-service schedule.
