Start a commercial scope discussion.
For a warehouse, service operation, showroom, or other facility, send the location, use of the space, approximate area, and target dates. Existing drawings and specifications can follow once we establish the contact and scope.
Plan the cross-region visit.
Wytheville is our requested Southwest Virginia planning hub along the I-77 corridor. Confirm the actual project address, site access, and scope before a visit is scheduled. We do not maintain a separate Wytheville office.
Document the demands on the floor.
- Pedestrian, pallet, forklift, vehicle, and heavy-equipment use.
- Cleaning agents and expected chemical exposure, with concentrations when available.
- Wet zones, drains, movement joints, and surface texture requirements.
- Phased access, shutdown windows, and return-to-service requirements.
Compliance is a specification question.
Share applicable facility and project requirements for technical review. A coating is not a blanket OSHA-compliance guarantee. Slip risk, housekeeping, layout, and operating practices must also be considered by the facility team.
Consider polished concrete where appropriate.
For a suitable slab, polished concrete may be a separate option. The desired appearance, existing repairs, surface condition, and maintenance requirements should guide that discussion.
