MORE THAN A PARKING SPOT

Make room for
a better everyday.

A workshop. A home gym. A place for the car and everything that comes with it. Give your garage a floor that feels like part of your home.

Built around daily use.

Parking, tools, storage, weekend projects. Choose a coating system for the way your garage actually works.

A fresh start for cleanup.

A sealed finish makes routine sweeping and mopping easier. Keep spills and tracked-in grit from becoming part of the scenery.

Your home. Your finish.

From quiet grays to warm neutrals and bold contrasts, decorative flake gives the whole room a more finished look.

Details that belong together.

Include the steps, raised borders, and transitions in the plan for a coordinated finish from edge to edge.

REAL CONCRETE. REAL CHANGE.

A new floor.
A whole different garage.

This Beckley garage started with a failed DIY coating and unfinished edges. Surface preparation, repairs, and an Outback flake finish brought it all together.

WHAT GOES INTO YOUR FLOOR

A great finish
starts underneath.

The color gets the attention. The preparation earns it. We look at the concrete, existing coatings, repairs, and moisture concerns before defining the right system for your garage.

Get to know the coating system
  1. 01

    Prepare & repair

Mechanically prepare the concrete and address the agreed cracks, worn areas, or existing coatings. A sound surface comes first.

  2. 02

    Build the base

Apply the specified primer and base-coat layers, selected for the slab and the coating system.

  3. 03

    Broadcast the flake

Build the decorative finish with your chosen blend, then remove excess material and prepare for the final coat.

  4. 04

    Seal & hand over

Apply the specified clear finish. Review care instructions and confirm when to walk, move storage, and park.

Let’s plan around your life.

Walking, moving storage, and parking can have different return times. We’ll confirm the schedule for your installed products and site conditions before the work begins.

BEFORE WE ROLL UP

A few things
worth knowing.

Your slab, your finish, your schedule. Here are the details we’ll help you work through.

What goes into the price?
Can you coat a garage with old paint or damage?

Often, yes—but the existing coating and concrete need a closer look. Removal, crack repairs, moisture concerns, and any damaged areas are part of the assessment and agreed scope. Send photos of the whole floor and any problem spots.

How long will I need to stay off the floor?

We confirm the installation and return-to-service schedule for your specific products and site conditions. Walking, moving items back, and parking a vehicle may have different wait times. Plan to empty the garage and park elsewhere during the work.

What about water, winter salt, and spills?

Tell us what your garage sees throughout the year. Product selection and care should account for tracked-in water, road residue, vehicle fluids, and cleaning. Resistance depends on the complete coating system and the exposure; spills still need prompt cleanup.

Will the finished floor be slippery?

Texture and traction can be adjusted as part of the specification. We’ll discuss how the garage is used and whether a traction additive makes sense. Every floor can become slippery when wet or contaminated.

What do you need for an estimate?

Start with your town, a description of the garage, and what you want to change. Photos and an approximate length and width are helpful but optional. We’ll confirm measurements, preparation, edges, steps, and the selected system when defining the scope.
